THE BROWNIE PACK

has been involved in various activities since last year and plan many more. They have taken part in the Brownies Revels whereby numerous local packs take part in activities. The pack holiday will take place later in the year and will be to Pettypool at Sandiway, where many activities will be enjoyed by the Brownies camping undercover. Christine Howard who has been a Brownie for many years, and has now become a Guide, was presented with the Baden-Powell Award in July for services to both Brownies and Guides. Brownies have also raise money for the Mr Men Project for children with Leukaemia - to raise this money they asked friends and relatives to sponsor them in various activities.

THE GUIDES

have camped at Pettypool this year under canvas - unfortunately they camped on one of the wettest weeks in the summer. The Guides also take part in various fund raising activities at the Morrisons store in Crewe.

For further information on Brownies and Guide activities please visit The Village Hall on Hall Lane on Wednesday evenings in Term time. Brownies meet at 6.30pm, and Guides at 8.00pm.
